InnerEssence is an energetic journey with music and verbal guidance where nothing is expected from you. You just allow yourself to lie down and to turn your energy inwards, where all of the answers are.

During the journey some of you will be able to see things, others will feel things or just know things or a combination of all. It is an unique experience to dive deep into your heart, into your soul and unconsciousness. You will notice the insights on an emotional level, energetical level, physical level and/or cognitive level.

Corona Meerman will be facilitating this workshops together with space-holders she trained herself in the InnerEssence training. A beautiful opportunity to dive deep into your essence.

To close the festival we invite you for a beautiful heart opening cacao ceremony. To feel even deeper into our hearts what is alive and to give gratitude for the experience that we shared here on the island.

Corona Meerman is founder of the training institute InnerEssence where she is teaching the InnerEssence method, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator Training and Tantra specific for women. She is in love with life and all the ways we can connect deeper into our hearts and always wonders “What should love do?”. She is an ecstatic dance lover for almost 10 years and joined this amazing festival from the first moments in Corfu and now in Cyprus.
